Aquatic Exercise Equipment
There are so many options for pool exercise equipment! It’s actually pretty easy to get lost in all the options. My advice is to choose items that are multi-purpose, items you can use for several different exercises. I have about 8 items that are my favorites, but if I had to start with just a few, here is what I would get:
2 pool noodles (1 large and 1 small, if you can)
2 foam dumbbells (start with medium-sized ones)
a jogging belt
This is not just a starter list but could set you up for a well-rounded workout routine, including core stability work, upper body strength training, stretches, and deep water exercises like jogging.
